Fees are paid upfront each term. We cannot hold spaces in classes for dancers unless fee payment has been made.
If a dancer is attending 5+ hours of classes per week payment can be made by a weekly direct debit. Please contact the studio to discuss this further.
- Refunds cannot be given if a dancer drops out after term has begun.
- Weekly payment options cannot be cancelled or deducted once term has begun if your child decides to no longer attend.
Please understand dancers attending multiple hours per week are given weekly payment options as courtesy to make fees more manageable. However we expect that the fees should continued to be paid until the end of a term regardless of attendance. We are working with limited numbers in our classes and there is a high demand for these spaces, so please understand that you may have taken a spot that could have went to someone else. When signing up for classes, you are committing to a full term.
For ticket/event sales, we can only offer refunds that are requested before 48 hours of the event date. Please provide your confirmation email and contact details. You can do this by emailing us or discussing in the studio.
If you are unable to agree to these terms and conditions we may not be able to offer you a space at our dance school.
